Through an Open to Life coaching & mentoring program, you’ll receive one-on-one, individualised support with the specific areas that you need it most.

I provide guidance, help you tap into your own wisdom and hold the container for you whilst you establish and embody new ways of thinking, feeling and responding to life. This will enable you to experience the joy, equanimity and wellbeing that can be so elusive in the midst of fertility challenges.
Option 1:
Focused Option
1 x 1-hour focused coaching and mentoring call.
This is a great option if you’re feeling really stuck or need some focused support to deal with a challenging situation.
It’s also perfect if you’re newer to coaching & mentoring and want to gain an experience of it to determine if it’s a good solution for you.

Option 2:
Support Option
6-week coaching and mentoring support package.
Your 6-week support package will enable us to work more deeply on some of the bigger challenges you’re experiencing. We will put some strategies and practices in place that you can adopt over a 6-week period so you that you can start to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony within your being again.
3 x 60-minute one-on-one coaching

Option 3:
Transformation Option
3-month transformation coaching and mentoring package.
Your commitment to 6 calls will pave the way for deep transformation as I guide and support you through the process of understanding your challenges and responses, formulating a foundation and practice of self-care and developing new skills and tools that will enable you to transform yourself and your life from the inside out, irrespective of what's happening on your fertility journey.
