Open to Life Executive Coaching and Leadership Development
is a process that assists managers in becoming passionate, self-expressed, effective and empowering. "Managers as leaders" must be skilled in giving direction, communicating, delegating, inspiring, and able to evoke a spirit of co-creation and enthusiasm. They must be able to navigate cross-cultural ways of doing business- while staying true to their organization's culture, core values and style.

The Coaching Plan: Conscious, co-created goals & outcomes.


An intake with the manager (and senior manager or HR if relevant) to assess professional goals and challenges they are facing. Plus a 360 degree personal style assessment, if relevant.

Defining a clear set of goals to be achieved in the coaching process.

A strategic plan of consultations and homework that fit the demands of the manager's schedule, as well as the timing needs of the organization. Typically 3 months-1 year.


Regular review of the progress of the coaching, with feedback from his/her senior manager.

Referral to related training services that empower the coaching goals.
